General PUBG Rules

From the match details page you will see match host and each team’s gamer tags.

The host is responsible for sending friend requests and inviting the non hosting team.

All PUBG tournaments are to be played in FPP mode. (First Person Perspective) failure to do so may result in forfeiture or replay at admins discretion.

1 vs 1 the hosting team will start a Duo match.

2 vs 2 the hosting team will start a Squad match.

In BATTLE ROYALE mode whichever team has the most kills at the end of the game wins.

It is not based who lasts the longest.

In the event of a tie in kills, the team that stayed alive the longest meaning the last man standing will receive the win.

If the game is won, and kills are tied, the team that got the LAST kill will be considered the winners.

In SURVIVAL mode is  then the LAST TEAM STANDING will win that match/map. It is not decided by total kills.

In the event of a Chicken Dinner where both teams are standing the team that made the last kill of a STANDING player will win.

The match is not based on total amount of kills.

Again NO Sabotage is allowed in this mode either, any sabotage of your opponent can result in a forfeiture.

-Teams may work together.  Kill stealing and loot stealing is allowed.

-Members are NOT allowed to intentionally cause the death or Injury of any of their cooperative opponent(s) (co-ponent). This includes team killing, killing downed co-ponents, purposely hitting them with grenades, etc.

-Shooting at or around your opponent intentionally in an attempt to draw attention to your opponent will result in a forfeit. This is at the admins discretion if they believe it was intentional and had a major effect on the outcome of the match.

-Entering the vehicles of co-ponents is allowed, but it is at the players own risk. No replays or forfeits will be issued if players die from within the vehicle, (ie. driving off a cliff, or into objects to do damage) Proof of an opponent sabotaging the other team could result in a forfeit.

-We must have clear valid proof that your opponent committed these acts in your gameplay intentionally causing death or injury to warrant a forfeit or replay.

-Please note all decisions are the admins discretion.

All PUBG tournaments are global, the hosting team (lowest seed) of each match decides the server.

You may choose either NA or EU as those are the only regions supported by CMG. Failure to choose one of those server options can result in forfeiture. Do not host on Asia or Oceania.

Best of 1: The team with the lowest seed will host. Teams can find their seed number in match details and tournament bracket. Please note, host is also displayed in the match details page.

All PC players must have a linked Twitter account to their CMG profile.

In the event of a no show or dispute, a CMG admin will attempt to contact your team through Twitter requesting your team to visit live support.

If an admin is not able to contact your team, you risk being forfeited as we have no means to contact you otherwise.

PUBG Tournament Rules

From the match details page you will see match host and each teams gamertags. The host is responsible for sending friend requests and inviting the non hosting team.

In a 1 vs 1 the hosting team will start a duo match. It is NOT based on who last the longest, whichever team has the most kills at the end of the game wins.

In the event of a tie in kills, the team that is still/last STANDING meaning the last to go down will receive the win. If the game is won, and kills are tied, the team that got the last kill of a STANDING player will be considered the winners.

In a 2 vs 2 the hosting team will start a squads match.

In the event of a tie, the team that stayed alive the longest will receive the win. You must provide valid proof of living longer than your opponent. This means the last to go down/die will receive the win. If the game is won, and kills are tied, the team that got the LAST kill will be considered the winners. This includes all members having zero kills.

If your in-game team does not get the Victory Royale, you can not be awarded kills after the Victory Royale has been awarded, this is in reference to kills that show on the scoreboard/minimap kill count as members of the winning team, exit the server while knocked. Those members should and do not count as kills as obviously their teammate(s) that won the game would have revived them and they only died via technicality.
If SURVIVAL mode is enabled then the last team standing will win that match.

In the event of a Chicken Dinner where both teams are standing the team that made the last kill of a STANDING player will win.

The match is not based on total amount of kills.

Again NO Sabotage is allowed in this mode either, any sabotage of your opponent can result in a forfeiture.

Additional PUBG Rules

1. A team has 15 Minutes from the schedule match time to show for matches; failure to do so could potentially result in a forfeiture of the match. In the situation that the opposing team does not show for the scheduled match, you MUST contact Live Support (Link located in the bottom right of all pages).

2. When alerted to a no show the administrator will then contact your opponent at the 15 minute mark after the scheduled match start time. Your opponents will then have an additional amount of time to respond to the administrator and Join/Host (The additional amount of time is based on the administrator’s discretion).

3. Failure to follow the directions and the set deadlines from the administrator will result in a forfeiture of the match.

If you do not win a match, we ask that you please report the loss or accept your opponent’s report. Members that fail to report or report incorrectly may be banned from competing in ladders, tournaments and wagers. If your opponent do not show for the match you must come to live support, if you report that you won rather than coming to live support you risk being forfeited.Thank you.

Teams must be able to provide proof showing their opponents are dead. Second, all team members must show how many kills each member had. Failure to be able to provide of these two screenshots or video may result in an automatic forfeit or replay of the match.

  • Screenshot/video proof showing your opponents have died
  • Screenshot/video proof showing totals kills

In the event of a dispute, we must see all of your team members total kills. If you are not able to provide proof from all teammates, only the proof provided will be taken into consideration.

IF ON PC YOUR PUBG ID ON YOUR CMG PROFILE  MUST BE CORRECT (in the event it does not match, it is the admins discretion to forfeit the match, make a team play man down, or allow the incorrect gamertag  to play within reason)

The gamer tag that is active when tournament bracket generates, is the gamertag that will be displayed in the match details. If a member changes their gamer tag after the bracket generates, it will not update in the match details. Members are responsible for playing with the gamertag that is displayed in the match details.

Please note: If a member changes their gamer tag after the bracket generates, their gamer tag will update on their profile page however, it will NOT update in the match details. Again, the gamer tag that is displayed in the match details is the gamer tag that must be used.
