EXPERIENCE CMG, THE ELITE WAY.

A CMG Elite Membership can be purchased from the CMG shop through cash balance. When a membership is expired, members are required to repurchase their membership – there will be no recurring charges.

ELITE MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS First time purchase only:

ABILITY TO ESCALATE A TICKET:

For non-elite members, once a ticket is closed that’s the final result. Elite members can escalate a ticket if they don’t agree with the result, which then reopens the ticket and sends it to Escalated Tickets in the admin panel. A CMG admin will review all tickets and make any final/correct decisions.

INSTANT TEAM SWITCH:

Before Non-Elite Members can join another team of the same type (Singles/Doubles/Team), they must wait 4 hours from last match after leaving or disbanding a team. This does not apply for Elite Members.

ELITE TOURNAMENT ACCESS:

Tournaments will be posted that are only available for Elite Members. Every member on the team must be an Elite Member, not just the Team Leader. A Non-Elite member cannot make a team, be invited to a team, or be invited to a team by an Elite Member.
