OptTic Gaming Rosters Bring Change to The Organization 
 
OpTic Gaming has been switching up their team rosters recently. Earlier this year they made the announcement that they would be cutting their Halo team, but many more roster changes would follow. The first to go was Justin ‘Kenny’ Kenny from our Gears of War roster. Justin’s career with OpTic Gaming was filled with many victories. For 2 years he dominated the Gears of War scene with eight Major championships and countless GameBattles 2K Series wins. 
 
Tanner ‘7teen’ Curtis has also left the OpTic Gaming PUBG team. He came onto the team in 2017 and he had some success with the team taking the to 4th place at the GLL Season 1 Grand Final.  
 
Of course when players leave new players must fill their position. For the CS:GO team, Jakob ‘JUGI’ Rask Hansen,Marco ‘Snappi’ Pfeiffer and former North coach Casper ‘ruggah’ Due were added to the roster recently. They replaced coach  Chet ‘ImAPet’ Singh, Peter ‘stanislaw’ Jarguz and Shazeeb ‘ShahZaM’ Khan but OpTic has remained loyal to finding them new teams to play on.The team is now filled with all Danish players.  
 
Perhaps the biggest changes have come from the Call Of Duty team because there has not been any for so long and they are the reigning world champions. OpTic Gaming has remained at the top of the food chain in competitive ?Call of Duty but after 3 years , their roster has finally changed.
? Sam "Octane" Larew and Anthony "Methodz" Zinni officially joined the team on May 6 replacing Damon "Karma" Barlow and Matthew "FormaL" Piper. The team has found itself in a slump since the disappointing placement at CWL New Orleans and CWL Seattle, but not many saw this switch-up coming.  
 
The fairly new League of Legends team has not done the best but that is to be expected since they have only been in the league for a few months. They completed their ten-man roster and added two new coaches.  
 
Because OpTic Gaming is a big name in eSports, they have not lost sponsorship, in fact they are still growing.Turtle Beach expanded its esports partnership with Optic. Turtle Beach is now providing  their line of  Elite Pro gaming headsets and other merchandise to OpTic’s COD team and Gears of War teams, along with OpTic’s CS:GO  DOTA 2 and PUBG teams. 
 
OpTic Gaming may always be one the most successful eSports organizations, but change is inevitable. Lets see if these changes will help or hinder the organizations domination over eSports.
