OpTic regained the lead on Den Overload, edging out Minnesota 3-2 in a tight Map 3. However, G2 Minnesota answered again on Colossus Hardpoint, putting together a strong 250-171 win to force a decisive Map 5.
The series came down to Hacienda Search and Destroy, where Minnesota closed the door with a 6-4 victory. After falling behind 2-1 in the series, G2 Minnesota showed composure late and completed the comeback against OpTic.

FaZe Vegas and Paris Gentle Mates delivered one of the closest series of the day, with FaZe narrowly taking the win 3-2.
The series opened with an intense Colossus Hardpoint that came down to the final point. Paris pushed FaZe to the absolute limit, but FaZe managed to steal Map 1 by a 250-249 scoreline.
Paris answered in dominant fashion on Hacienda Search and Destroy, shutting out FaZe 6-0 to tie the series. FaZe bounced back on Scar Overload with a narrow 3-2 win, but Paris refused to go away.
On Scar Hardpoint, Paris controlled Map 4 and took a 250-191 victory, forcing another Map 5. The deciding map was Den Search and Destroy, and once again the series came down to the smallest margins. FaZe held on for a 6-5 win to close out the series.
Paris had multiple strong moments, including a dominant Search and Destroy and a convincing Map 4 win, but FaZe’s ability to survive the closest maps proved to be the difference.

Los Angeles Thieves Take Down Boston Breach
The Los Angeles Thieves also needed all five maps to secure their win, defeating Boston Breach 3-2.
The Thieves opened the series with a 250-200 win on Den Hardpoint before following it up with a clean 6-2 victory on Fringe Search and Destroy. With a 2-0 series lead, Los Angeles looked to be in full control.
Boston Breach responded well under pressure. They took Gridlock Overload 5-3 to stay alive, then tied the series with a 250-198 win on Gridlock Hardpoint.
After Boston forced a Map 5, the Thieves regained control on Raid Search and Destroy. Los Angeles closed the series with a confident 6-2 win, preventing the reverse sweep and locking up the 3-2 victory.
