The Call of Duty community loves a grind, and Black Ops 7 continues that tradition with one of the most sought-after rewards in the game: the Hidden Mastery Camo. Not only is it a flex, but it’s also a badge proving you’ve mastered every major weapon platform BO7 has to offer. While it’s not displayed on the camo menu at first, it unlocks automatically after completing a series of major mastery milestones.

The Hidden Mastery Camo is an ultra-tier, endgame reward camo unlocked only after completing all weapon mastery camo sets in multiplayer. Unlike standard mastery camos, it does not appear in the menu until you’ve fulfilled its requirements. Think of it as BO7’s equivalent to the “ultimate grind” camo — a reward meant for players who master every weapon category.

To unlock the Hidden Mastery Camo, you must:

1. Complete the full mastery camo for every weapon in the game.
   This means:

   • Finish all base camo challenges

   • Unlock each weapon’s gold-tier mastery

   • Advance those into the higher mastery tiers (varies by weapon class)

   • Complete the final mastery tier for every weapon

2. Finish the Mastery Completionist challenge.
   Once every weapon category has its mastery completed (Assault Rifles, SMGs, LMGs, Snipers, Shotguns, Pistols, Launchers, and Melee), the Hidden Mastery Camo becomes available.

3. Claim it from the Weapon Customization menu.
   After the system recognizes full mastery, the camo finally reveals itself and can be equipped on any weapon.
