Fans Love BO7 and Fallout Crossover

Black Ops 7 is crossing over with Amazon Prime’s Fallout series in Season 1 Reloaded, bringing new operator skins and even Deathclaws to Call of Duty, and players can’t seem to get enough of it.

Crossovers were a major talking point ahead of Black Ops 7, with many fans feeling that previous titles went too far with over-the-top cosmetics like the Beavis and Butt-Head skins. In response, the developers reassured the community that future collaborations would focus on cosmetics that better fit the Black Ops universe.

Season 1 Reloaded delivers the game’s first major collaboration with a Fallout-themed event, introducing Lucy, Maximus, and The Ghoul operator skins, a new Warzone limited-time mode, and Deathclaws appearing in Zombies.

This isn’t the first time Bethesda’s iconic RPG franchise has crossed over with Call of Duty. Fallout previously appeared in Modern Warfare 3 before the Prime Video series aired, but those skins were met with a lukewarm reception. This time around, however, it appears the collaboration has struck the right chord.

CoD players are loving the new Fallout crossover. Since the event was officially revealed ahead of the mid-season update, fans have been praising the quality of the skins and cosmetics on offer.

“The only bundle I’ll ever buy in BO7,” one Reddit user said, while another added, “Dope event pass. Ghoul operator and Power Armor Maximus look fire, solid free Vault Dweller too. Locked in for tomorrow.”

“Is this the best Fallout collab any game has done?” one player wrote on X, with another adding, “This blows MW3’s Fallout crossover out of the water.”

Zombies players are also eager to jump in, thanks to the new Project RADS limited-time mode, which brings Feral Ghouls and Deathclaws to Ashes of the Damned and Astra Malorum.

“Okay this is f**king awesome, but why does it have to be limited?” one fan asked on Reddit.

“Honestly, this collab looks really good. I wasn’t expecting a Deathclaw mode for Zombies,” another player added.

After the disappointment surrounding the Modern Warfare 3 x Fallout crossover, which mainly featured existing Call of Duty operators in Vault-Tec-themed outfits, this event already appears to have won players back ahead of Black Ops 7 Season 1 Reloaded.
