Fifa 19�s Gameplay Leaked

Even though Fifa 19’s release date is fast approaching, EA games has yet to reveal any useful gameplay footage of the title. Fans of the game began to take matters into their own hands, and a Fifa subreddit user, WhadaFack, uploaded a video to show the game in action for the very first time. 

 

The footage shows live gameplay between Manchester City and Manchester United in a Europa League match, the game was being played on the PS4. The video revealed several new features, the most prominent of which is the active touch system and a completely new commentary team, something which fans of the older series will definitely notice. The game comes with an updated set of menus and various tactical options.


It also seems that the Kick Off mode has been expanded to offer a range of new options. In the pre- match menu, new features can be seen, this includes House Rules which lets players enforce various laws such as “Long Range” and “Headers and Volleys” to add variety to the game. Players can also choose to engage in a “Best Of” series to determine the best player.


Players can make their own Champions League or Europa League game for exciting results. The video revealed a prompt to change a feature called “Advantage Settings”, although what it really accomplishes still remains to be a big mystery.

 

More FIFA 19 news can be expected very soon at Europe’s biggest trade fair event, Gamescom. A big change that fans can see is a new feature called the Champions League License, after rivals Konami and PES lost for the very first time in almost 10 years.

 

Fifa 19 will launch across a range of consoles, including PS4, PS3, PC, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One and The current generation versions will contain the third and final episode of The Journey, the story mode will be starring Alex Hunter, his sister Kim and best friend Danny Williams.

 

Xbox 360 on September 28. Close rival PES 2019 will be released one month earlier and will showcase a demo in early August. EA on the other hand has yet to reveal the exact details of when they will release their demo.

 

Bringing in the big guns

Long time fans of the series will realize that the announcing crew is not Martin Tyler and Alan Smith, instead FIFA 19 decided to bring in Derek Rae and Lee Dixon to give the announcements more distinction.

 

People have already begun to complain about the game that it looks much the same as past editions. But this is understandable given how people noticed that FIFA 18 was deviating from the tried and tested gameplay of past editions. There are only a few cosmetic differences between FIFA 19 and FIFA 18, according to gamers, and many gamers rightly feel a little disappointed about them.
