Unlike the original version, this time players will not need to rely on luck from Supply Drops. Instead, Cherry Fizz is tied to a new mastery challenge that rewards players for completing objectives across multiple game modes.

Why Cherry Fizz Is So Popular

Cherry Fizz first arrived during the Black Ops III Days of Summer event in 2017.

The camo stood out because of its bright pink design and animated effect. It was only available for a short time and could only be obtained through Rare Supply Drops, making it one of the rarest camos in the game.

Over the years, many players have called for its return. Social media has been filled with requests for Treyarch to bring back classic Black Ops III cosmetics, and Cherry Fizz has always been near the top of the list.

How to Unlock Cherry Fizz

In Season 4, Cherry Fizz is the final reward in the new Illicit Cargo Camo Event.

To unlock it, players must complete the mastery challenges in four different game modes:

• Multiplayer
• Warzone
• Zombies
• Endgame

Each mode has its own animated mastery camo. Once all four have been unlocked, players earn Cherry Fizz as the ultra mastery reward.

This means there is no quick shortcut. Players will need to complete weapon class challenges across every mode before the final camo becomes available.

A Different Approach From Black Ops III

The original Cherry Fizz was based on luck. If players did not open the right Supply Drop during the event window, they missed out.

Season 4 takes a different path. Progress comes from gameplay rather than random rewards. Players who put in the time can unlock the camo without relying on chance.
