Call Of Duty's latest installment forgo’s its traditional campaign focused storyline for a more co-op driven plot. Call Of Duty: Black Ops 4 will feature a multiplayer, zombies and a Battle Royale mode called Blackout and will largely focus on group play.

Black Ops 4 completely forsaked a single-player campaign mode and moved to solo missions to make room for friends. The narrative for the latest Call Of Duty installment weaves itself throughout the multiplayer mode and features a whole new weapons arsenal, adding unique attachments for each gun. Playing up on the multiplayer focus of Black Ops 4, Treyarch Studios, the long-time developer of the COD: Black Ops series, teased on twitter a group of graphics for multiplayer perks. It is still unknown what the graphics stand for but definitely tease a promising features for multiplayer mode.

Players will also be able to enjoy multiplayer away from its designated mode. Friends can now help save the world from zombies on three maps (IX, Voyage of Despair and Blood of the Dead.) which will be available at the launch. The Zombie mode will allow players to also designated the rules for the zombies including health and movement speed for the creatures.

Piggybacking off the new Battle Royale craze created by Fortnite, COD added a mode of its own. The mode will allow 100 players to fight to the death with a last man standing takes all focus. The map for this particular mode will feature a map 1500 times bigger than the Nuketown and will feature vehicles, characters and weapons from Call Of Duty’s 10-year history. The Battle Royale mode will replace the campaign mode in COD: Black Ops 4.

Black Ops 4 is schedule to release in mid-October later this year and will be coming to Battle.net on PC.
