Ninja Signs Deal With Underwear Company

Do gamers even wear underwear? This is a common question in for all of the common people. Gamers are seen as people who sit on their chairs all day scratching around and probably with no underwear!

In one of the most unusual gaming sponsors, Ninja has signed deal with an underwear company "PSD Underwear” for some Ninja inspired briefs.

Ninja has attracted numerous high profile sponsorships over his career, even more so since his rise to the top of Twitch as a Fortnite Battle Royale extraordinaire,  and recently, he has even entertained the publicity from Red Bull.

He also remains a member of esports organization Luminosity Gaming, and so represents their sponsors as well. However his underwear deal is a new one for esports and gaming.

When we think of underwear we think supermodels, athletes, people who are known to wear underwear and for their respective careers. In gaming, where there is a no-underwear needed or required for the profession, we do not see too many of these sponsors.

This continues to prove Ninja’s influence on the gaming revolution and how large the gaming industry has become. More and more creative sponsors have been making their move into esports, such as Dr Pepper partnering with TSM, Toyota and the Overwatch League and the recent Tinder partnership with the “Made in Brazil” CS:GO roster.

And thanks to his ridiculously large fan base, Ninja is undoubtedly attracting numerous sponsorship and business offers but this one obviously got his attention.

With the recent extension of NBA into esports, PSD Underwear as a company and being owned by NBA stars Kyrie Irving, Jimmy Butler and Chandler Parsons who are probably fans of Ninja's livestream, announced the official PSD Underwear on their Twitter on June 27th, along with an image of Ninja checking out some of the prototype designs, that they would be sponsoring Ninja in the upcoming months.

We are still unsure as to when they will be released, however we do have an idea they will be released for our Ninja fans, inspiring them to wear underwear when they game — Hopefully….

This sponsorship really does take sponsorships and the gaming world to the next level off celebrity stardom, it gives gamers the shining light we deserve and it also sheds light on the hard work we put in everyday. Maybe we’ll see some of Ninja’s new sponsorship on him on the new screen influencing many more women to come on his stream. We are sure his wife would love that.

Ninja actually previously promoted underwear being sold by another company 'MeUndies', however, it is not believed this was an official partnership, or whether it was suitable for the stardom.

The upcoming year of gaming will be an epic transition for gamers and give them an even bigger influence on the everyday joe. Gamers will soon take over the scene as ladies in bikinis step out, and our gamers in animated boxer briefs step in!
