The 2026 Call of Duty League season is underway, and this marks the second update of the SMG Player Pyramid. After two weekends of matches, early trends have formed without major overcorrections.

Players are ranked based on recent performance, team results, and impact within series. These rankings will update throughout all four CDL stages and continue into Champs and EWC.

This edition reflects preseason expectations while taking into account what we have seen on the map so far. Some SMGs have driven pace as entry players, while others have focused on pressure and objective work. Below is where the league’s SMG players stand heading into Week Three.
