Freely compete on Checkmate Gaming’s competitive ladders for Activision’s newest addition Call of Duty: Black Ops 4! Play our currently selected mode of Search and Destroy to earn XP and gain rank against other players. At the end of each respective season, we will be hosting a playoff that will have a  huge cash prize! Our current playoff is boasting a cash prize pool of $1,600 in cash prize pools going to PlayStation 4 players! Our game modes and rules will be evolving as the game does and will grow more diverse over time. Be sure to get your grind on in our ladder playlists to ensure you have a spot in the playoffs! To get a spot, you must place within the top 32 teams of the respective ladder. Continue competing to hold that spot and wait for them to finalize on the 31st of January 2019. Members may only participate in the playoff if they have less than 5 BO4 Gold Trophies and NO BO4 Elite Trophies in the playoff game title.

A $200 playoff tournament will be held for our Black Ops 4 TEAMS Playstation 4 Ladder on Friday, February 1st at 5:00 PM EST. The top 32 teams at the time of ladder finalization (5 PM EST on 1/31/19) will be put into CMG Search and Destroy - Best of 3 tournaments. The tournament and ladder are open globally, and bracket seeds will be chosen at random.

Doubles prize pool of $400!*

A $400 playoff tournament will be held for our Black Ops 4 TEAMS Playstation 4 Ladder on Saturday, February 2nd at 2:00 PM EST. The top 32 teams at the time of ladder finalization (5 PM EST on 1/31/19) will be put into CMG Search and Destroy - Best of 3 tournaments. The tournament and ladder are open globally, and bracket seeds will be chosen at random.

Playoff Restrictions

In order for a playoff tournament to run, there must be a sufficient number of teams and matches played. Teams may not participate in the playoffs with members who have not played at least enough games with that team to earn the lowest slot in the playoff, this is subject to change based on the circumstances. We will not be allowing players to not participate and then join the ladder on an established team to participate in our playoff events. In every instance where our system is willfully exploited by users, they will be disqualified, have their XP wiped, and potentially banned.
